As you walk into the house you'll be welcome to the main living area and kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities you'll need.The master is very spacious with a walk-in closet. The other two rooms have queen beds.Be aware the front and back yard are not done. We are in schedule and soon will be done!

We loved this house! Great layout, fully stocked (kitchen & bathrooms) and beautiful home! The distance into Sedona was perfect and Cottonwood is a gem too! The back yard isn’t finished yet, but the outside area that is done is very nice! If in the area we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, and everything was so thoughtfully done. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed, and the toiletries and extra goodies were such a nice touch!We would absolutely stay here again—next time for more than just one night. We’re excited to see what they do with the backyard as well!

I had the most amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully remodeled with stunning décor that made it feel so cozy and inviting. The kitchen had every amenity you could possibly need, and I loved all the thoughtful extra touches like games, books, and even chips and queso waiting for us. The bed was honestly more comfortable than my own at home! The host was so kind and would respond right away. This was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I can’t wait to come back!

This house has everything you need! The home is clean, music playing when you walk in and anything you need for an extended stay. The location is great! We went to Sedona and the Grand Canyon which were a reasonable drive. Communication with the host was also quick and easy! Would come back and recommend 12/10.

Excellent Sedona option!

This was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in and we book a lot! The kitchen had everything you could need. Didn’t need to pick up anything because the house was STOCKED! You name it she had it ready for use-tide, tp, paper towels, garbage bags, even some food and wine! Beds were temperpedic and amazing. If you don’t want to pay Sedona prices and fight the crowds there at night I wouldn’t hesitate to book here!

Perfect for Family Getaway!

This was such a beautiful and cozy home for our family getaway! The house is easy to get to and just a few minutes from downtown cottonwood. The house is immaculate and SO well-stocked. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen and great room were perfect for gathering to play games, eat meals, and enjoy each other’s company. The host is also incredibly kind and responsive- I needed to change my booking last minute and she was so quick to follow up and accommodate as she could, helping us book for another weekend. Would definitely come back and will recommend to others!

This house & experience was beyond any expectation we had.

We were a party of 6 adult family members who use VRBO rentals quite often. The house was immaculate, comfortable, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The best part of it was how beautifully it was decorated. It was better than most 5 star hotels. We will definitely use again.

Nice place to stay in Cottonwood

This house has everything you need for your stay. It was super clean and very welcoming. The house is spacious with a big kitchen and all the appliances seem to be upgraded. The location was great and you are super close to many activities and Cottonwood is the half way point between Jerome and Sedona.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

House was as advertised. Lots of space for 4 adults. We were there for a quick weekend getaway & a wedding at a nearby winery. It was close to downtown Cottonwood & the winery.

Impressive!

I have stayed at many VRBO locations over the years, yet I have never been in a property so very well appointed. Spotlessly clean, this property lacked absolutely nothing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a personal welcome note and an assortment of snacks. The kitchen was complete with everything one would need to cook a fantastic meal. The bathrooms were immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! If there were any minor issues, it was that my elderly mother had a challenge with the bedside lamp in one bedroom (possibly user error?). Also, there were no instructions for the expectations for how we were to leave the home upon departing, which is a common practice (strip the beds? take the trash out?). As such, we tried to leave it as clean as we found it. In short, this property is immaculately clean, wonderfully comfortable, and lacked nothing. Perfect for a stay in the Cottonwood/Jerome area!

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I brought our two friends from out of town and had a fantastic time! The house is as described and more! Everything is new, clean, gorgeous and stocked more than we could've even imagined. The adjustable king size bed in the master suite was the cherry on top! If you like to cook, this kitchen will have you wanting for nothing. The neighborhood is old and some houses are a little run down but the neighbors keep their yards clean and picked up and the neighborhood is very quiet. The location was very convenient to downtown Cottonwood and Jerome. Don't hesitate to stay at this property when you're in the area! We look forward to coming back!

Cozy home in Cottonwood

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for NYE. The house is perfect, comfortable, close to dining and other activities in Cottonwood. The owners have thought of everything you would need and were very responsive to any of our questions. Highly recommend!
