Perfect spot for couples or small family, very clean and close to river access. Amenities and great communication with owner as well as parking spot for boat was a plus. We will definitely be back.

Peacefully Perfect!

We had a great weekend at this studio! It was super clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed its historical elements. A great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s obvious the host is very thoughtful in the small details. We definitely want to come back!

Fishing trip

This is a great place to stay! It was one of the cleanest places I’ve rented and such a great history of the building. The decor really captures the vibe of the White River and the area. It’s so convenient and Drew was always very prompt with instructions and information. There was a very sweet orange tiger kitty who watched over my coming and going! I’d love to stay here again and definitely will if it’s available for my next trip to Cotter!

Marathon visit

I needed somewhere to stay the night before my marathon in Cotter . This studio was 2 blocks from the finish line and close to at least 4 different restaurants. The balcony deck was a nice bonus . The property had a private feeling. I will stay again !

Everything was amazing! The interior remodel was done perfectly preserving original features beautifully! Location was walking distance from local restaurants and a trout dock. The only thing that would have made it better is ice trays in the freezer for drinks.
