"This is a beautiful place to stay! So unbelievably quiet and beautiful he scenery is gorgeous. The house is beautiful , and you are made to feel so welcome as you arrive. This is a 5 star place to stay! And the breakfast ? Well no wonder it has won awards it was amazing . "I booked two nights for myself and my 12 yr old daughter. I was looking for somewhere with a bit of character, that was away from all the noise and bustle, had a good breakfast to set us up for the day and food available in the evening. I was not disappointed. The Weary Friar was such a great little find, a proper country pub with great food (nothing too fancy), friendly staff and peace and quiet to wake up to. Will definitely head there again!"
