"Overall, it was great experience. Unfortunately, there is still slight smell of smoke in the hotel corridors though even the room itself was smoke-free. Would be great, if the hotel honoured Expedia VIP access, silver and gold membership benefits as been communicated by Expedia website during the booking. Business center in the hotel is “week” with no reliable Internet connection nor English typeset keyboards. Thanks, there is a concierge to help you print out the documents. "

"Imagine that you're staying at the Four Seasons but you're not paying Four Seasons pricing. We loved the hotel and the staff who were so professional and polite. It was beautifully appointed and we loved that it was attached to the Emarr shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again. "
