"This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. Listening to the waves crash against the shore was soothing. "This place is heaven on earth. The rooms are large and stunningly well decorated. The staff is amazing. It's run like a high end game safari destination. Lots to see on the property's large private reserve. You won't find the diversity and huge numbers of game available in Kruger, Botswana, Namibia, etc. This is more of a place for people who have already had their serious safari experience and are looking for a gorgeous property for rest and relaxing and feeling pampered."

"The treehouse would be tricky for people with knee issues to get to, but we were undaunted by the stairs because the ambiance of staying in a treehouse was magical. The main pool is great and the private pool at the treehouse was an unexpected delight. Perhaps providing additional dustbins for recycling items could be an improvement, but the view, the rooms, the braai, and being surrounded y nature was thoroughly enjoyable! "
