"We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. "The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! "

"Great location and hospitality by Giuseppe. He recommended many places to see and eat within walking distance. The Lungomare promenade is very easy to walk to and breakfast at the bar next door was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean with nice towels and amenities. Very easy to access the building and room with a card. We would stay again in the future."
