"I stayed for a week. It is a nice apartment with daily cleaning service and access control in the lobby. It's a very safe and accessible location. The folks in the restaurant downstairs were very nice. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and the manager quickly responded to our request for another fan as we struggled with the heat. The home was well equipped (including little extras to start us off) and very clean, and having a secure parking bay was helpful. We made the incorrect assumption that there might be a grocery store within walking distance, so one should know that. The pool was great, albeit we couldn’t use it because the water was too cold. Altogether a good experience. "

"Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out."

"I stayed at the Nine Palm. It was nice and clean. Would recommend the facility."

"Perfect Location, first Row with view to beach and Table Mountain. Big Flat, lots of space.Close to Restaurants and to beachwalk.The furnitures are old and small things don't work. Like freezer does not freeze."
