"A lovely traditional building but seems to have downgraded since covid. No glasses in rooms just paper cups. Rooms booked were supposed to be large enough for 3 people but this resulted in a smaller balcony and a poorer view. Staff in restaurant for breakfast were unhelpful except for Otilde who did everything she could to make our stay better. She deserves a lot of credit. No breakfast tea bags and the hot plates were never switched on so food that should have been hot was cold. Unfortunately...

My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. "Great hotel. Rooms were good size and very comfortable and spotless. Hotel itself in fantastic condition. Swimming pool and area was excellent - children enjoyed. Managed early check-in - very kind as was only 11:00am! Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was very very good. Overall, excellent option. "

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. "Das Apartment war sehr groß, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert und es befindet sich direkt am Strand. Auch direkt zu Fuß erreichbar sind das Casino, verschiedene Restaurants und kleinere Läden sowie ein Supermarkt. Die Preise im Supermarkt sind teils höher als normal aber gerechtfertigt, wenn man bedenkt, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weit entfernt sind.
