"The bed was soft which I liked. The pool is seasonal and was just opening around Memorial Day. The room was a good size and nice quality. I would stay again."

The rooms are very modernized with hard flooring (no carpet) which can be a big plus if it were not for the cold effect to bare feet. A minor personal adjustment. Overall an excellent stay."

"1st day face sink water was back up not drying, cleaning lady was nice she attemt to fix the issue second day same problem occur , went to the office so call manager said he would send someone, no1 show up, went to him again he said he thought it was fix , show mo concern to call or stop to see the matter , 3rd i had to go to office for him to come and use plunger to try fix it, he started to plunge it , i notice the water start splashes up i had to stop him n go cover up my wife's facial things...

"The bed was squeaky and the rooms were dirty. The pool was not clean. There were leaks in the hallway with towels soaking up the leaks from the ceiling. The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was watered down. The staff was nice, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Room was clean. Design of room is the worst ever . The TV is across room from bed so that you get neck pain trying to watch. From bed you're looking at the bathroom. AC blows directly on the bed, had to put chair in front of it. Can't turn shower on without getting floor wet. Bathwash dispencer was torn off wall and sitting on shelf. Walking down hall to room the floor gives under you and squeaks with every step making you think you will fall from 4th floor to first at every step. Breakfast was...

"Room was pretty clean. Lots of just old set in stains everywhere. Hotel is old and shows it. We stayed one night and had an emergency and had to leave early. It was good for the one night and beds were very clean."

Staff was slow and had trouble understanding family needed to stay on the same floor. All issues were resolved but anyone with hospitality experience would aware of guest needs. Overall exceptable experience. "
