Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Cortez. This pleasant and quiet property offers 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed with additional sleeping available with a fold-out couch in the living room. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. You can lounge around and enjoy the heating or AC and take advantage of the WiFi with guest log-in provided for Hulu and Disney+. You will also find a outdoor trampoline in the back yard for any extra energy the family has after a day away. This beautiful house has everything to make your stay enjoyable. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We rented this lake house to celebrate our son’s wedding with a rehearsal party, and it was absolutely perfect. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to host our family and guests comfortably. Everyone had room to spread out, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful to have found this gem for such a special occasion. Highly recommend!

Cortez Stay

It was a nice, clean comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed. The outside wasn’t as nice because they were installing a new fence, and the yard wasn’t kept up, but we were only there in the evening and by that time the workers were almost finished. Check in was easy, communications from David were friendly and easy to understand and follow.

Nice place in a Quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good at communicating with us about our stay and giving us the information we needed. The house was cute, the beds comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed.

Clean home in quiet neighborhood near the entrance to Mesa Verde

We needed a place to stay near Mesa Verde and this was perfect. The home was clean, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. The beds comfy and the host responsive.

David was very easy to communicate with and such a conscientious host! We arrived and the lockbox didn't work - he was over in less than 10 minutes to help us get in. Fully stocked kitchen with -two- coffee makers, sugar and spices in the cabinets, and coffee pods as well as creamers and fixings easily accessible. Getting an entire house for the price of a hotel room was a steal. We will be staying here if it's available on our next trip to Mesa Verde.

Spacious and almost there

The house looks great from the street. Loved the garage access - made it easy to load and unload the car. The house was very spacious with his and her bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with a pull out couch if needed. The grill had propane so we enjoyed some steaks. Owner provided regular coffee k cups but we missed decaf option. Nice big fridge and freezer. Owner was very responsive when the modem went out. The cleaning was a bit lacking. I found trash on the bathroom floor, the trash can in the kitchen had no bag. The yard was off putting with a broken trampoline and an unmowed/cared for lawn.

The house was perfect! It was clean and spacious. It is close to Mesa Verde National Park and a great place to stay after a day of exploring the cliff dwellings. The host was very helpful and even texted to let us know we could see the Northern Lights if we looked to the northeast!

We grilled and cooked other meals during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of dining space. The bedrooms were clean .
