One of the outlets wasn’t working. The light by the fan wasn’t coming on. There was a measuring cup that wasn’t clean in the cupboard. Other than that everything was fine.

Overall stay was good. Very close to the beach. My only complaint was that there were ants in the unit. We bought 60 worth of pizza and 1/2 of it had to be thrown away because the pizza was placed on top of the stove while we watched TV.

Beautiful Condo

We loved the condo and especially the gorgeous pool and hot tub. The indoor landscaping was so inviting. The one problem we had were the EXTREMELY noisy upstairs people and dog. All hours of the night we heard stomping or vacuuming. Don’t plan on getting good steep.Other than that, we would love to rent again.

Very cute tiny condo as expected but the bed was hard. Sofa bed mattress was thin but it was as expected. Very quite complex! Loved our stay otherwise.

Pool/Hot Tub Renovation

I can't tell you how disappointed I was upon arriving at destination and finding out he pool and hot tub would be closed for (two weeks initially) over four weeks for renovation that the owner and property managers were notified about the end of October. I booked my reservation at this place in December for nine weeks with the full intention that I could do therapy daily in the pool. Along with no usage of either it was like living inside a construction zone the whole time. The Property managers, Padre Escapes offered me $200.00 for over 28 days of misery. Also the pool is listed as enclosed and it has not been enclosed for over 19 years, ad also mentions yards from beach and it is actually over 586 yards to beach.

Short Vacay

Our stay was fabulous. Room was clean and had the accessories to help us feel at home. Location was perfect. Near the beach and Corpus Christi so we can visit family and friends. Only problem we was with the lock box to enter the property but they responded to assist us quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

Upstairs renters

Overall I was extremely impressed, except for with whoever was staying above us. They stomped every where they walked and seemed like they kept dropping stuff. It really sucked when they would do this in the middle of the night and would cause me and my wife to dang near jump out of bed because we thought someone was breaking in or coming thru the ceiling. As far as everything else. Excellent!!!

Although newly renovated there were some things still needing some upgrades. The inside of cabinets were very old, dirty and sunken in. The listing stated kids dishes available after there were none. Some of the dishes had paint on them as if they were left in the cabinets during the painting process. The extra sheets available did not fit either bed.

Great location and felt safe. But when we walked in, found a cotton ball and crinkled up tissue on the floor under the bar stool, left us with an unclean feeling. Then found 2 used colored wash cloths hanging on the shower curtains. Icky.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful time. The room was nice and so was the pool. The condo is not in view of the ocean or beach but you're only about a block away. The airconditioner filter was completly stopped up when we got to the room but after cleaning worked perfectly.

Great beach getaway

Everything about this rental was nice and according to the descriptions. The walk to the beach was easy and short. We ate at the Boathouse but unfortunately not too many other things within walking distance. Would recommend this property.
