Welcome to Tranquil Tides! This end-unit beach house is beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings and high-quality finishes. The kitchen has everything needed to prep, cook, and serve delicious meals. The comfortable living room (with a sleeper sofa) is perfect for relaxing with friends and family after a day at the beach, fishing, or site seeing.
Each of the 3 bedrooms is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light and plush bedding. On the main floor, you'll have a King Bedroom and bunk Room (1 full and 1 twin) with an attached full bathroom. The 2nd floor has another King Bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also a half bath for guests on the 2nd floor near the living area and kitchen.
A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
