PEST CONTROL
Your comfort is our priority, and we want to address any concerns promptly. We routinely conduct pest control in all our units due to our coastal location and high humidity. While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. If you notice any pests, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a visit from our dedicated pest control team. We appreciate your understanding and value your comfort during your stay with us.

We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $30 daily pet fee per pet, capped at a maximum of $200 per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation.
Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

Central Corpus Stay

Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!
