Spectacular luxury townhome located at Village by the Beach. PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED no expense spared! Unit is beautifully furnished with top of the line bedding, linens, décor, kitchen furnishings, flat screen, smart HDTV's: 55" Living Area, 43" in each bedroom. Located a short 3 min walk to the beach. Unit looks out at beautiful resort style heated pool with overhead fountain, colored night lights and separate kiddie pool. This unit sleeps 6 adults and 2 children; top of the line king bed in Master Ensuite, pillow top queen bed and twin with trundle in 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa; Charcoal BBQ grills located at pool, private patio with seating and pool view. Close to the Packery Channel, Jetties and Bob Hall Pier for the serious angler. Horseback riding on the beach just to the south near Padre Island National Seashore which is a great experience and also offers world class bird watching with more than 380 species of birds seen migrating over the Texas coast. Don't miss the sea-turtle nesting and recovery between April and August. There are beach cart rentals available and kite surfing lessons. Make your next vacation a memorable one on North Padre Island!

The unit was exactly as advertised. We found it was a short, easy walk to the beach and close to many good restaurants. This was a great location for a quiet family getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was enjoyed by all. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit, too. Would stay again or recommend to a friend.

We had such a great experience staying at this condo for the weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach (or whatever fits your case). The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Overall, I would give this place a 5. I would recommend more wash clothes and dish clothes. House was dusty and I didn’t expect that. However, before we left, I ran dish washer and put the dishes away, washed down white cabinets in kitchen, straightened all the pictures on the walls, dusted, swept and overall, left this beach house as if it were mine. It was a beautiful place.

Family Time

Great location to the pool and the beach.Enjoyable five minute morning walks to the beach.The pool is steps from the condo front door for morning to night daily swims.The parking spots are very close and convenient.The number of wash cloths is ideally for a family of three instead of a family of five.Nice selection of beach accessories for the family.

Family Vacation

Pros: The property is right on the corner and close to the assigned parking spots and pool access. This is great for loading and unloading groceries, language hauls, going back to the condo for meals, etc. The condo decor is perfect and accommodations are comfortable. They had amenities like sandwich bags, foil and plastic wrap which are priceless when away from home. CVS and HEB grocery store are like 5-10min drive away. The showers had good pressure and plenty of bath towels. You can walk to the beach if needed but we suggest getting a 12 annual pass to drive. The sand is mostly compact and super easy to drive on. Pool area during the week was clean and chill. We were able to leave some beach stuff on the porch to dry without worrying about it being taken. My husband saw some turtles while out in the surf. We had a GREAT time and would go back especially if we went with more than one family.Cons: The weekend pool crowd was a bit rowdy for us but we couldn’t hear them in the condo. We don’t suggest bringing food to the pool that isnt in a box or cooler unless you like seagull poop on you and in the pool. Also we suggest bringing your own beach towels and floats. There were no pool noodles lime in the pictures and the beach towels were super used. They did have 3 wood skim boards that were in great shape. Lastly you can’t hear the beach from the patio, which I missed, but the fountain in the pool was a nice second. All in all we had a GREAT TIME!!!

Great family getaway!

The pool was great- has a super shallow separate pool for kids that is 18in deep. (There are no fountains in that though, even though the pics show that there are two). The big pool has shallow steps/platforms too, so it is a great family pool area! There is also a playground area near the other adjacent set of condos in this development that our kids enjoyed playing on. The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk, so the location was convenient for us! The condo was overall very clean. There were laundry and dish soaps available and plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags for our family of 5 for the week. The beds were extremely comfortable! The people in the surrounding condos were very respectful during our time here as well. There aren’t any restaurants/activities within walking distance, but there are plenty within a 5-10 minute drive. The only suggestions I’d have would be to update the available towels in the unit (they appeared to be pretty used), the boogie board was cracked so my kids were unable to use it (and there were no pool toys/floaties available), there was no cooler to use for beach days and the patio furniture cushions were really dirty/stained (understandable as they are outside, but getting new cushions would have made that space more usable for us). Overall, it was a very pleasant week for us and we very much appreciated the space! We had a fun week!
