The Just Right Spot...

We needed a little getaway from the city and this location was just the right spot. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and just about anything. It was like being cocooned in a little slice of utopia. Will definitely use them again.

My dogs loved having this space versus a hotel or RV and it was so close to the beach as well as having its own pool. It was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had so many pans and items to use which was a big selling point for us. Literally the only thing I could *kind of* complain about was water pressure, as it was low which made showers a little slower, but that was such a minute detail that we are already looking to book our next getaway here again!

Stayed in a smaller unit last year, and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this one bedroom was. Initially we were asked to be there for pest control which is odd, and we replied we were concerned about chemicals around our pets so we asked not to have the treatment. Mgmt agreed but we came back one day to find a note saying it had been done anyway. Not cool. We won’t be back.

Cute beach townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. Loved that they allowed pets. Walking distance to the beach. The yacht club amenities are a great bonus and everything you need to know is right there as you walk in. I would stay here again!

Cleanliness is a priority

The property is great, location is great but the cleanliness of the condo was not to my standards. I reached out to management and I will say they made attempts to make it right like waiving the cleaning fee and offering to send someone to clean. I declined the housekeeper, for my own reasons. However, the items left dirty are no brainers for me when cleaning a rental space and it made me think the unit had never been cleaned since the last renter. For this reason I probably will not stay here again. I’m HUGE on cleanliness!
