  • Charming 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home 1/2 block from the beach. Lovingly restored, two story home with coffered ceilings in the front room and dining area. Large family room with two day beds for additional sleeping space. Close to the marina, restaurants and museums.

Best place to stay for a beach day or convention.

Spacious location, a wonderful place just off the beach can easily sleep eight or more adults definitely will come again

Sight Seeing

Great location! Walking distance to beach and parks close by. Short driving distance from the USS Lexington, The Texas State Aquariaum, and museums. Kitchen was a plus for our family and well as the leaving quarters.

The picture on the website was correct, what it didn’t show was all these cats around. Didn’t show how they would be on your car marking it up. Inside had knats and bugs. In order to take trash out you had to go around to the back of the house in the Allie, where more cats are. Go through the gate a huge spider web with a black spider. Location was perfect for what we had to do and go.

Perfect for our family beach trip!

Property was clean and comfortable and has tons of character. Host was easy to work with and very professional. We would definitely return to this property.

Corpus Christi

The house was very large with awesome charm and character. Andrea was great resolving any concerns promptly. The location has a large number of homeless people. They were very friendly and did not cause any problems. My daughter works in the hospital a block away so I was able to take my granddaughter to see her mom on Christmas Day as a surprise! It was awesome to see the smiles! The house was large enough for all of us to have a wonderful gathering for the holiday! Neighborhood cats are very friendly and hang around for attention and food!

Dirty

Dirty, pest infested, feral cats in large quantities, running amok, Wi-Fi spotty or not even working, owner stated we should’ve notified her upon arrival and made it seem like it was our fault for not contacting her. we never should have had to put up with the filth in the pest infestation or feral cats to begin with. Property was not portrayed the way that it was found.

Only window A/C units so very hot in summer.

Location and proximity to everything we needed was great. The place was a little old as I expected, but we were finding dead cockroaches in the morning when we woke up. The house did not have central air conditioning. There were window units in all the rooms. The first floor stayed relatively cool, but the upstairs was really hot and hallways and bathrooms that did not have a/c units were even more unbearable. I also suspect the a/c may have some mold on it because my son has a lot of allergies and had a croup cough in the mornings. There was also a few (possibly) feral cats outside around the house. My son is allergic to cats so i was a little scared for his allergies. The croup cough may be from the cats, not necessarily mold.
