as soon as you open the door to this 3rd story property you will be greeted with a open floor plan, we have water views from every window! our favorite thing about our property is the French doors that completely open up to the balcony that really shows off the water view, palm trees swaying and those beautiful Texas Sunsets! We are on the 3RD floor so our views are from up top where its nice and quiet!

This place was super cute and overall a lovely stay!! The lock/keypad were a little difficult to operate, and some basic instructions would have been appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, however it lacked basic cooking needs like oil. The welcome packet mentioned laundry detergent would be present, but that was not the case. We loved the location and proximity to the beach as we didn’t need to pay for a parking permit since it was easily accessible. This was not a huge issue, but the complex did not have an outdoor shower or faucet to rinse off in before entering your unit, which made cleaning the entry way a daily chore. Another small complaint would be that the living room tv remote needed to be pointed in one exact spot in order to work, which was slightly frustrating. Overall, we loved staying here for our weekend beach getaway. It was the perfect space for what we needed, and we would happily return as well as recommend this place to friends and family.

Cute little condo with a very comfy king size bed, cold a/c, and amazing location (took us about 8 minutes to walk to the beach each morning)! I have no complaints at all, our weekend stay was awesome!

Perfect location

Cute little condo with in walking distance to Whitecap beach. Has everything you need including washer and dryer. Only recommendation might be to add a little dust buster to help with sand cleanup lol. Bed was large and comfortable and the sleeper sofa fit my 15 year old son just fine. Sunset view off the balcony is lovely

Great stay

It was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in and out process was simple amd easy. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. We appreciated her friendliness and her quick response. The only drawback is it is up 3 flights of steep stairs. Despite that, we loved our stay.

Beach to Bay

My family and I (two teens), stayed for Beach to Bay weekend. The property was so cute and just as they described it in the listing. Check in was easy, had the information sent to us in plenty of time. Not far from the beach at all, we had a golf cart and it took about 3 minutes, there’s also gas stations and grocery near by. The pool on property was nice too.

Relax with a view

Relaxing weekend away. Close to everything. Quiet. Perfect patio for enjoying a weekend of one on one time. Sat outside each night with a tasty beverage and played a few games as the sunset in the background

Gorgeous Place! 5 Stars!!

This was our second time staying here and it is stunning and well maintained. It’s the only condo we would ever stay at and we’ve tried others in past, but none compare to this one. And speedy and friendly communication with the owner!

Cute but uncomfortable

Cute decorations. Master bedroom bed seems to be an air mattress that dips on one side. Pull out coach is very uncomfortable, too. Bathtub appliances need to be updated.

Comfortable and affordable stay

Our stay was very nice, the condo was clean and had just the right amount of space for the two of us for a few nights. Our only complaints was the lack of basic necessities in the condo ie soap in the shower, cooking spray etc. not a huge deal though. I would stay here again, host was great and check in/out process was super easy!
