With 4,000 square feet of beautifully designed space, this 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests, featuring 16 actual beds! While ideal for up to 15 adults, it can accommodate larger groups with children.

Coastal Riviera boasts four master suites, each with two queen beds and private en-suite bathrooms. With three spacious living rooms, there’s plenty of room to relax, gather, or enjoy a little quiet time.

Stroll down Bay Shore Drive to collect seashells along the way. Enjoy the many amazing restaurants nearby. This home is near everywhere you want to be! Rockport has been voted best coastal city in Texas and has the only Texas Blue Wave Beach. Also, it is only 30 minutes from Corpus Christi. Super Walmart and HEB within a 5 minute drive.

Bring your boat! The Rockport Beach Park is just 5minutes away and offers a boat launch ramp and then tie it up to our pier or rent our boat slip. We have a wide driveway to accommodate larger vehicles and boats.

Great Memorial Day Weekend!!

Two families with grown kids traveled together for the long weekend. Everything about the house was absolutely perfect!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and plenty of places for everyone to spend time together when they wanted. Deck and dock are beautiful! Super clean and kitchen well stocked. We can’t wait to return!!

Excellent Place

We all had a wonderful time. We brought the boat and my teenage grandsons enjoyed fishing and tubing. The smaller ones enjoyed the pool. We were amazed at how there was always hot water for showers. The large living areas was so nice! We had no issues and the property manager was still considerate and checked on us. Excellent place!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our extended family had a great time! The house is very nice…comfy beds and big private bathrooms. We were able to fish right off the back porch and lay out by the pool! Nice outdoor kitchen area to hang out and grill! We will definitely be booking again next year!

FAMILY VACATION

This trip was over the top! The house fit ALL our needs, it was so hard to leave! It was very clean and spacious, also located in a perfect location for boating, fishing and swimming. Roxana was amazing and so helpful, she took care of any questions we had. I would highly recommended booking this rental, especially for larger groups, it was a beautiful home! WE'LL BE BACK FOR SURE!

Perfect family reunion

23 people met in Texas from all over the country. Some I live with, others I hadn’t seen in over 10 years and we all came together for a great weekend. The locale was great, but the house was perfect. We had 18 people stay in the home and I think we could have fit more (the remaining rented the house across the street). Room size was great, all rooms with their own bath. Living spaces were huge and plentiful. Outside is where it was at. Full outdoor living area with soaking pool, hot tub and a gorgeous view of the water. Got to fish and paddle board right off the dock. Fishing was good, paddle boarding with the dolphins was awesome. It was our first time to Rockport and probably not our last. Thank you Roxana for your prompt responses to me with all the right answers.

Business Fishing Trip

I took five business clients on a three day trip and we all stayed at this house. It was absolutely perfect in all ways. The house was super clean, everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living area was ideal with two separate TV areas and a large dining table next to the open concept kitchen. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great BUT

Beautiful home, well furnished. We were hoping it was closer to the beach. There were signs posted everywhere… if you move the chair, it’ll cost you $100; or, if you don’t put it back where you found it, it’ll cost you $50. Everywhere I turned, signs saying I would be charged if I did this or didn’t do that. I couldn’t enjoy the place for fear of doing something that I shouldn’t. The house is truly one of the best that we have spent a summer vacation; but, I would not go back because of the posted cost signs all over the property.

Great place

This place was great for our large family. We had plenty of room for everyone inside and out. It was very clean and had all the amenities a group of this size needs. The owners were very friendly and helpful with questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we would love to come back again.
