New listing!! Welcome to our canal-front getaway! You will have dock and bay access, you can fish off of the deck, you can use the adjacent boat ramp to enter the canal and you are minutes from the beach! The perfect island escape awaits you at this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo!

This second-floor condo has breathtaking views!! When you enter the condo, you will instantly see the beautiful canal water views from both the living and kitchen areas. Step outside to your spacious and private deck where you will be able to relax with the peaceful white noise of the sea, listen to the seagulls in the air, and watch fish jump outside of the water. You will enjoy alfresco dining with string lighting as you gather with family or friends on the deck overlooking the expansive water views. You can walk down the stairs where you will have direct access to a fishing dock and you can even access your boat which you can park on the shared dock. Launch right off of the adjacent boat ramp right next to our property. There is a cleaning station available and a green light for night time fishing! You can even drop a line right from your deck to see if you can catch some fresh fish for dinner!

The tastefully decorated living room with a smart TV, sofa and two chairs, will invite you to relax and unwind as you sit in awe of the beautiful surroundings. We also have games for the whole family to enjoy!

The kitchen flowing from the living room will have everything you need to cook up your favorite dish as you look out the kitchen windows for those unbeatable views! Our family loves to cook, so this fully stocked kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs with our high-end Calphalon cookware and kitchen utensils. We provide basic spices, coffee for drip coffee, K-pods for the Keurig and cream!

This two-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. You will sleep in luxury in the king bed on the first floor of the condo with our lavish bedding and sheets. The primary bath is en-suite yet also accessible via the living area and has a tub/shower combination. You will enjoy your bath with spa-like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels! In the master closet, you will find some extras - beach chairs, beach toys, ice chest, and even a baby seat that you can secure to a chair in the kitchen for family dining.

Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, one bath and the laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a bathroom located in this bedroom which gives this condo dual primary suites! This bathroom attached to this secondary primary suite has a walk-in shower with beautiful tile work. The secondary bath also offers spa-like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels!

The third bedroom upstairs is a small, cozy room which is our fun, tiny bunk room with twin bunk beds - a perfect place for your little ones! This bedroom has a bean bag with a reading light for kids. This bedroom is small and perfect for little children but does not suit adults comfortably.

The laundry area is located upstairs and we provide complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets for your convenience.

Directly across the street is Ulberg Park which features BBQ pits, a playground, a multi-station exercise course and a basketball court. Mustang Island is only two miles away for that fun beach day! There are plenty of activities to do at Goose Island SP or Lake Corpus Christi SP like Kayaking 101, a wetlands education tour, a catfish cove kayak cruise or the Junior Ranger Academy where your kiddos can become a Level 1 Junior Ranger! Head to the many restaurants, coffee or souvenir shops and entertainment options just minutes from the condo. You can visit the Corpus Christi Aquarium or spend your day visiting nearby Port Aransas! It is all just a close drive away!

Please keep in mind that this is a condo located on the second floor and is only accessible by taking stairs.

Nice getaway

The condo was just as advertised, great view, nice dock to fish off of, beds were comfy. Sun on the deck for BBQ in the evenings. Commination with owner was excellent. Only downside was neighbors barking dog.

The condo was great, however, the AC system needs to be serviced / replaced. It was very hot and took a very long time to cool the unit down. The ceiling fan in the Master bedroom was extremely loud and you could not run it at night, it would keep you awake. This made it hard to sleep due to the AC not working like it should have. Other than those two issues, the condo is great, great location, clean and tidy.

Great place for a little getaway.

The deck off the great back patio was the highlight of this spot. It faces the canal just right for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning (until the heat of the sun hits ya) and then enjoy dinner in the evening outside when the sun is going down and it's shady. Our family had a wonderful time fishing at the bottom and just relaxing. Communication with owner was always prompt, helpful and polite. Would definitely come back.

You’ll fall in love!

This property is in the perfect location to avoid the hustle and bustle of Port Aransas, but close enough to enjoy all that Port A has to offer. So many options of beaches to choose from. You can’t go wrong. The owner was super responsive to messages. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful area

We really enjoyed these 5 days, nice clean and well kept condo, location easy to get to. The private parking and private dock is so worth the price. Relaxing quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The 8 year old caught his first fish a big red drum. Was very big yes we tagged it and cooked it for dinner. The next nite the 10 year old caught a speckled trout. It also was big for a trout. Caught a lot of little fish we threw back. Beaches were great except all the jelly fish bites, beaches not on on property but very close. Property has towels for beach chairs and toys. So all was good and we will rebook this property Thank you

June Booking

Due to bad weather, we were not able to utilize the days that we reserved. However, our host Minerva, was very accommodating and allowing us to reschedule. We certainly look forward to coming in August.

Did not stay, due to clean location

When we arrived the location was not all the way clean, all beds looked like some just woke up and the restroom like they just finished taking a shower. What i can say the owner was right by my side on working through this with me and giving me options to make the corrections of how the location was left. I was not able to cancel with VRBO because it was past the check in time. She gave me choice to pay for dinner and giver a couple of house to clean the place up, voucher for future stay, or full refund with VRBO fees. I got the full refund. Thank you to her for being a stand up person. Nice job need to have more people like you that cares.

Quick fishing trip

This condo worked perfectly for our quick fishing trip down to the coast. The condo is very clean and comfortable; decorated very nicely. Boat ramp is literally next door. Plenty of room to tie up the boat. Its location is perfect: centrally located to great restaurants and only minutes out the canal to the inter coastal!! We also had great communication with the owner.

Our group of friends stay in and around this area all the time always looking for the place that is most comfortable with easy access to the intercostal. This place is perfect! Newly updated, comfortable beds, great patio, and a dock that fits our boat. Owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

Great Stay!

The condo had everything we needed to store our fishing gear and supplies. The house has nice furniture and furniture that works well for busy fisherman and clean and comfortable. The house was very clean and we felt just as relaxed coming and going from our fishing outings. You can actually fish in the back of the condominium less than steps from the patio. The place was secure and was in the middle of many convenient stores, fast food, restaraunts, groceries, cvs, walmart. The place is located next to many fishing piers and guides and the boat ramp is right next to this property. The place had games, television, great storage for food and snack. A home away from home, though we only stayed a short time, we could have stayed for weeks on end. The place is also near a beach. You can also tie up to the dock. You can fish from the back day or night, plenty of specs, reds, snook and others. The canal seems to be deep enough. We caught about 20-40 fish just with spec rigs in the back for a minimal amount of time. We will definitely be back.
