Never again!

Arrived at property at 3:45 it was told it could possibly be 5 o'clock before we get in because the room hadn't been cleaned. We sat there for an hour. Nobody showed up to clean and we finally received our check in text. You lost my business.

Perfect beachside condo

The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The condo was spotless and had more than enough room for us. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great location

Right on beach access road so very close to beach. Slept 9 easily, could have slept 1 more adult and 3 more kids. Everything was great except we did have to wait till 4:30 to check in and we were there at 4. Also living room not as big as pictures would indicate but not a big deal. Would def stay again.

Sand Fest 2025

Easy check-in. Host was very responsive. House was very clean, with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Note: the 3 full baths are all "community" - I had expected at least one "master" bedroom with two common bathrooms - but having 3 full baths accessible to everyone turned out to work well. Location for SandFest was perfect - a short walk down the road takes you right to the South Entrance. If just playing on the beach, showers are right there so you can get clean before returning the home. Upstairs balcony and downstairs picnic tables were great. Would stay again with a big party.

The house was wonderful for our family trip,

We all had plenty of room in the house. The kids loved the bunk room♥️ I was worried about parking but it wasn’t a problem thanks the the dead end street beside the property. People had reviewed there were no plugs in the kitchen there are plenty they are on the bottom of the overhead cabinets. Not uncommon at all. It was clean and roomy and great for us, we had a group of 10. Would definitely return!

Close to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants. We had a great time with our children and their families. The community pol is Abit small for all the condos in the property but we made it work

The condo is nice but smaller than I thought for 8 adults and 1 child. Granted it can sleep 12 people but it is crowded. The kitchen lacked utensils, pan ( lids avilable only), cups and serving dishes. The kitchen had no outlets for coffee maker or toaster! The condo lack a broom and a mop. Management was called and was promised one in the morning but they never arrived. The condo could was not very clean. There were plenty of towels and trail size dish soap, detergent,etc. . That was nice! Our car was broken into the first night we were there. The officer taking info indicated that it happens often, a little warnig would help others. Besides all that our stay was okay. We had wonderful weather and the water was clear. The beach was really close by and that was convinent. 7/10

Great place to stay for a large group

This was the perfect place to stay for a large group. We had 14 people all over the age of 17 and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and more than enough room. We also had several cars and there was plenty of parking along the street next to the condos. There were 3 full baths and a large laundry room, which was a plus for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of pots and pans. The only negatives is that there is not a view of the ocean and the pool was small, but other than that, the place was great. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
