Step into this cozy 550 sq ft studio with a private balcony overlooking a lush, tropically landscaped pool—perfect for sipping your morning coffee, watching stunning sunsets, or seeing the Corpus Christi lights twinkle at night. Sleep up to 4 guests comfortably with a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends.

Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, refresh in the full bath, and enjoy everything you need for a comfortable stay. With the beach just steps from your door, you get the best of both worlds: poolside relaxation and sandy shore adventures, all in one perfect spot.

Tropical Paradise

Everything was immaculate, stunning & the perfect tropical get away. The unit was wonderful, the view from our balcony of the tropical grounds & pool was beautiful. We have not been able to get away in years, taking care of my father who is bed bound with Dementia & this was the perfect place to renew & restore. Thank you.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. The studio was spotless and surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. We also appreciated the outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach before heading back in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great stay right on the beach

This was an excellent property to stay at. The room was cozy and comfy - better than a standard hotel. The bed was super soft and the vibe was really cute and beachy. We also loved having the hot tub and pool right there - we went to the beach every day but having the hot tub to relax in was nice. It was a quiet and cozy place. I grew up here and would stay here again because it was just perfect to celebrate a birthday trip and to visit my family.I really liked the quietness, the beach right there, the hot tub and being close to town. Best place to stay.
