"I was so impressed with this hotel! Though it was an extremely busy weekend the staff was still incredible. It was so clean and inviting and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Big shout out to Irene who made our stay even better with her glowing personality"

"The hotel is beautiful; situated in the desert. It is peaceful and serene. The staff are kind and helpful. After driving 4 hours, it was disappointing that they didn't have a restaurant open for lunch."

"Convince of of & on the hwy to I-25, very clean rooms at a good price. Staff was super nice and accommodating, breakfast was good, looked like a nice pool & hot tub however we did not use. Only thing I wish is you didn’t have to go to third floor for ice 😥. But a great place to stay, that was our third time. Beds were comfy too!"

"The staff was pleasant and courteous and the motel was clean. The problem was a room was rented at 2:00 AM. They were put in the room next to mine and were loud for over 30 minutes. During that time frame someone tried to come in my room twice. It was frightening enough for me to call the office. The night auditor explained the late arrival and said he would tell them to be quieter. I didn’t notice any difference in the noise. Finally got back to sleep around 3:00 AM only to be woken again...

"Bathtub/shower looked like a crime scene, spiders/mosquitoes in room, unhelpful staff unwilling to grant a late check-out (even for a fee, said I’d have to pay for another night if we passed the 11:30am mark, unkept/not working fitness center, key card didn’t work on doors so had to always go through the main entrance and the parking lot was covered in glass. There’s a nicer, cleaner hotel right next door with better customer service. 3/10 - just because I needed somewhere to sleep in town and...

"For the price, and excellent stay. Room was fairly clean, amenities were overkill for my stay (kitchenette) but the staff was very very nice at check in and it was fast to get to my room."

"Our door didn’t open with our cards easily. It always took 3 or 4 tries. Someone next door was smoking weed all day in their room. Can’t they just go outside? Ugh! Gross!"

"The hotel allows pets in all rooms. The arm chair and desk chair in our room were covered in dog hair - disgusting!"

"This was the dirtiest Courtyard I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in Courtyards all over the country. I found stains on my pillow and blankets, dust all over the tv console desk, and dust and dead bugs by the curtains. The shower was filthy and had hairs in it. I won't be staying at Courtyard again."
