HOUSE WITH GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL FOR EXCLUSIVE USE IN SALENTO, OTRANTO, LECCE

The property consists of a new villa built in 2015, over 1500 meters of garden with a beautiful swimming pool of 40 square meters for EXCLUSIVE use, a stone and wood porch for outdoor dining and dining and an outdoor barbecue for barbecues, all fenced which guarantees safety and complete privacy. Inside there is a modern dining room kitchen, two double bedrooms, as well as a beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower with rain shower head, all brand new. The house is equipped with all cooking equipment, TV and air conditioning.
Outside under the porch there is a table with chairs. The swimming pool has a low water area (about 20 / 30cm high) ideal for children, or to enjoy the sun immersed in the water, there are deck chairs and umbrellas and cushions above the platform for an aperitif at sunset.
To welcome you upon your arrival, you will find Salvatore and his wife Rosy, they speak excellent German and moderate French, they will lead you to Masseria Fanelli, they will help you arrange the bedrooms according to your needs and after explaining how the various technical devices will greet you, reminding you, however, that they will be at your disposal for any problem that may arise during the holiday. If requested, they will be generous with advice on where to eat, go shopping, show you which are the most beautiful beaches and the most beautiful places to visit during your holiday.

The house is ideal for one or two couples with children.

Der Empfang der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und das Anwesen ist ein Traum groß ruhig sehr schön für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Gastgeber Rosy und Salvatore sind sofort da wenn man etwas braucht sei es eine Info oder hilfe bei etwas sie sind echt toll. Im Haus gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht nur eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht aber Rosy bietet einen Waschservice an. Ich kann es nu weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon wenn wir wieder bei Rosy und Salvatore sind.

Good centre to visit Corigliano, Lecce and Otranto.

Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. Salvatore and Rosie were extremely welcoming and gave very useful local advice, as well as providing us with an excellent Apulian meal.

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans la très belle villa, accueillis par Salvatore et Rosy, toujours disponibles tout en restant discrets. Le jardin est incroyable, la piscine très agréable. Une très bonne adresse que nous allons garder pour de futurs séjours dans la région.

Voyage en famille

Nous sommes une famille qui voyage énormément hiver comme été , nous avons donc la chance de découvrir pas mal de logement et bcp de rencontres … Mais ces vacances sont officiellement les meilleures, j’en suis repartie avec les larmes aux yeux, tout simplement car nous avons été reçu par 2 magnifiques personnes Salvatore et Rosy ❤️ Ils ont prit soin de nous comme si nous étions de leur famille. Un service incroyable, je n’ai d’ailleurs jamais vu ça … Le logement est un endroit parfait, pour être en famille ou avec des amis. Très spacieux, super propre, avec un jardin et une piscine incroyable accompagné d’un barbecue. Nous étions pas loin de bcp de villes que nous avons visité comme Bari, Monopoli, Nardo, Lecce. Bref nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci merci encore à Salvatore et Rosy et surtout à bientôt❤️

Fantastic property, ideally located to visit Puglia

Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!

Alain Delon et compagnie 😉😊😅

Nous étions 4 adultes et avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. Belle propriété et très au calme. Un véhicule s'impose pour faire le minimum de courses et très bon emplacement pour visiter les Pouilles. Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Rosie et Salvatore. Sans hésitation, nous conseillons la bonne cuisine de Rosie malgré le quiproquo pour notre arrivée. C'est sans hésitation que nous conseillons cette villa et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion s'y présente.

Wonderful

Rosy and Salvatore are very adorable people. Helpful, authentic and very nice. The house is very nice: arranged with love, all you need is available. Mist above all: the wonderful garden with pool. We enjoyed every second. The garden is very well maintained! One day we enjoyed Rosy’s cuisine: delicious and a lot…too much for my stomach. we felt very sad to leave this place but we already decided to be back next year. Grazie a voi Rosy e Salvatore per queste vacanze!

A wonderful place to stay

We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay.

A little oasis!

We spent a week at Villa Fanelli with our family of four and everyone loved it. The perfect base for exploring the whole of Salento. But the kids could hardly tear themselves away from the lovely pool and the little cats on the property. The house is not big, but has everything you need (if you need more space, check out Masseria Fanelli). You will spend most of your time in the beautifully landscaped garden anyway. Rosi and Salvatore are always there to help you and have lots of tips for the area. Thank you Rosi and Salvatore for a wonderful week!

Excellent séjour chez Rosy et Salvatore

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Corigliano d'Otranto. La maison, la piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenu. Elle est idéalement situé si on souhaite découvrir différents endroits dans les Pouilles. Rosy et Salvatore ont été au petit soin avec nous. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le repas que Rosy nous a préparé lors de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes régalés. Rosy propose un service de lavage du linge ainsi que le repassage si besoin. La veille de notre séjour nous avons été invité à une fête qu'ils avait organisé ou nous avons passé un excellent moment avec eux et leurs familles.

Wspaniałe miejsce

Bardzo polecam tą piękna posiadłość. Działka oraz domek super. W domku wszystko co potrzebne a na dużej dzialce pelno miejsca dla każdego. Basen codziennie czyszczony przez właścicieli. Huśtawka dla dzieci oraz leżaki. Miejsce i okolica spokojna z dala od codziennego zgiełku. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni oraz pomocni (dostalismy pyszne pomidorki oraz cukinie z ich ogródka a syn sie załapał na czerwoniutkie truskaweczki). Blisko do drogi szybkiego ruchu i okolo godzinki jazdy do najniższych atrakcji a jest ich sporo w tamtych okolicach. Supermarket 5 min autem. Napewno kiedyś tam wrócimy.

Lovely stay at Villa

We really enjoyed staying at Villa. Salvatore and Rosy were great. Very helpful around the villa place was very clean and the grounds were beautiful and maintented immaculately. We had Rosy cook us dinner 1 evening it was very good and they were so gracious as they came over and served to us. The location is rather remote and local town our gps could not direct us around so were always lost with the one way streets. But is a good central location to explore the south part of puglia from.

Unser Eindruck nach dem ersten Tag - eine nette Wohnanlage mit viel Potential. Das war der positive Teil. Entscheidungsgrundlage waren für uns die Angebotsbilder und natürlich Bewertungskommentare. Die Aufnahmen müssen viele Jahre alt sein und entsprechen dem heutigen Erscheinungsbild bei weitem nicht. Gebäude, Pool und Außenmobiliar – mehr Schein als Sein. Einfachste Möbel, willkürlich zusammengestellt, stark benutzt, zum Teil desolat. Man kann den Eindruck gewinnen die Ausstattung hat so etwas wie eine Alibifunktion – Hauptasche vorhanden, Zustand egal. Küche: Ein Sammelsurium an Geschirr und Kochbesteck. Verbeulte, nicht nutzbare Töpfe. Verzogene Schranktüren die sich weder vernünftig öffnen, noch schließen lassen. Schlafen: Feldbett ist wohl die richtige Bezeichnung. 14 Tage darin zu schlafen, eine Herausforderung für jeden Rücken. Bad: Hier wird es besonders. Das Wasser der Dusche läuft nicht vernünftig ab, offensichtlich verstopft. In Bezug auf Sauberkeit erklärt sich der Rest dann von selbst, zumal keine Handdusche vorhanden ist. Nicht daran zu denken sich die Haare zu waschen. Darauf angesprochen, hieß es, dies wäre eine Wassereinsparmaßnahme. Duschen mit Pause - dazu möchte ich mich nicht weiter äußern – inakzeptabel! Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wiegt aber den vorgefundenen Zustand nicht auf.

Ruhig aber zentral mit exklusiven Pool

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (11+14) für 10 Tage in der Villa. Anlage sehr schön angelegt und top gepflegt. Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, Stellplatz für Auto. Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern, sehr sauber, Einrichtung war alles da was man brauchte. Pool zur Alleinnutzung, was vor allem die Kinder sehr genossen haben. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber da man schnell auf die Schnellstraßen kommt in 20- 40 Minuten an fast jedem Strand - Adria oder ionische Seite. Vielen Dank den sehr herzlichen Miteigentümern Salvatore und Rosi, die uns bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit unterstützt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
