A spacious apartment equipped with all the amenities, offering plenty of room for 4 people in its 100 square meters. The apartment is located in a historic building with star-vaulted ceilings, just a short walk from the historic center of Corigliano and all points of interest—all easily accessible on foot—in an area equipped with all essential amenities. The train station is just 600 meters away, and both coasts of Puglia are about a half-hour drive away: it’s the perfect location for exploring the wonders of Salento.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building and is laid out as follows:

- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, microwave, and conventional oven

- Living room divided into two areas by a step: living area with sofas and TV + sleeping area (separable via a wooden screen) with a double sofa bed, split A/C, and desk

- Bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Patio equipped with a beach umbrella, two lounge chairs, a table, and chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (optional changes available for a fee).

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

After 9:30 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros
