Timber Creek 107 is a ground floor, pet friendly, “Ski-in Walk-out”, 930 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom Loft condominium Sleeps 4 people. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and is equipped with cable TV. In the connecting Loft, there is a twin Bed with a shared Full Size Bathroom. Downstairs, in the Living Area, a Twin Sofa Sleeper, a beautiful Gas Fireplace, Flat Screen TV and DVD player, Free Ethernet and a Full Size Kitchen are just some of this condo’s amenities. Pets are OK and there is a $35 non-refundable fee per pet, per night fee. This ground level unit, located near the Community Laundry Facilities, is situated right on the Condo Access ski run. Located in the Center Village and just a quick 3-5 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer chair lifts, Timber Creek #107 is ideal for a group or family traveling together who are looking for an affordable option. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-80585 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Snowboard vacation

It was a good location. Clean. The management company was very accommodating and nice. The pictures did make it seem bigger than it was. With 3 adults, one kid and a dog it was a little crowded.

Lovely Ski In/Ski out

1/20/2025- Nice unit, a bit outdated. Unfortunately the bathtub would not hold water (too cold for the Jacuzzi being -15). Otherwise, it was tidy and great for our dogs to join us. Nice little back "yard" area with a dog bag station close by. We went specifically for snowboarding, and it was pretty cool to be able to snowboard literally to the backdoor. There is a sledding area nearby, with a sled included, so that was a plus. There was also a dog bed provided. Would stay here again!

Great weekend stay

Great place to stay with our dog. The location was very convenient to center village. Loved being able to just open the sliding glass door to the open quiet space of the mountain. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Backyard for Dogs

I rented this small unit on short notice for a few nights and it was OK, but I would not stay here again due to the condition of the property. The best part is the large backyard area which was perfect for my dog. The ground level access makes it very easy for pets to go outside. There is a view of the mountains which is also nice. The kitchen, dining, and living areas, however, are quite dated and the furniture is worn and uncomfortable. The bed does not appear to be a queen. The outside patio has a large crack and is uneven and needs to be repaired. The property manager was very nice and accommodated my requests for an early check in and a late check out. Upon arrival, I discovered that the sliding door lock and upstairs shower were broken, and several light bulbs needed to be replaced. The property manager responded quickly and repaired the items. To benefit future guests, I would suggest that the property manager ensure some type of mechanism (e.g., checklist) be put in place so maintenance issues are addressed prior to guests’ arrival and also recommend the unit undergo a renovation or lower the price as there are nicer and larger rentals in the same vicinity at similar price points.

Great for pets

Stayed in Copper with my partner and brought our dog. Condo is in a great location and awesome for pets. For the price, the interior was outdated though. The pillows were not good and the bed wasn’t big by any means. This may not be on the host, but some of the towels smelt like stale cigarette smoke. Overall, the location was awesome. For how expensive the price is, it could use some updating and nicer pillows, interior, etc. Good spot to bring your pet though.

This property is ideally located -- definitely ski in and the walk for the ski out is very short and easy. The hot tub is old but hot and workable and within steps of the condo. They also have a sauna that is great. The rooms in the condo are generally small - there is one bedroom with a queen and all other sleeping arrangements are single beds. Definitely can sleep 5 but not great for 2 couples. This place is very functional and the views out of the windows are great. Being on the first floor is also great because you can just ski right to your door. Overall a great place for skiers. I would definitely come back here.

Easy access

Great place to stay with our two kids and they are pet friendly. Parking was wonderful since we have a bigger truck made it easy to unload all our gear. Location was great near center village and access to the whole mountain via on foot or shuttle.

Location! Location!

We had a great time here. The location is perfect, 1st floor, ski in right to the patio. Only a short walk to the kiddy lift and then from there, you can get to the SuberBee easily. Just remember to register your vehicle parking online. We thought the paper park permit is sufficient on dashboard and did not register parking online and got a warning. Other than that, we had a great time!

Pre ski season stay

Great property. Walking distance to American Eagle and Copper restaurants. Clean and stocked with basics. Parking a bit challenging due to closeness to trash bin but covered. Copper vacations was easy to deal with when accomodations needed to be changed.

Great location

This condo has a fantastic ski in ski out location and is on the ground level. It is appropriate for 3 persons max. The kitchen/dinning/ living space feels cramped and the furniture is not very comfortable. Kitchen is marginally stocked. We spent all our time on the slopes and so it did not impact us significantly. Ultimately location and parking were most important to us and it delivered.

Great location - Perfect for Skiing!

We stayed at this property for a ski trip and brought our dog. The property is definitely ski-in but you do have to walk about 20-30 yards to get to a kiddie lift that takes you to a blue run down to the Super Bee lift. Overall the location was perfect, we could ski-in every few hours to check on our dog, take a bathroom break, or grab lunch. The place is also a short walk from the town center. We will definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Copper!

Great location but outdated and dirty

The location was great as it is truly ski in, but i wouldnt call it ski out as its a hike to anything other than the bunny hill. The covered parking was also very nice. Management was good, check in was easy and they fixed the broken fireplace quickly. The unit itself is old and outdated, which for the lower price was ok. However it was also very dirty with food crumbs everywhere and just dirt and dust. The pull out couch was absolutely disgusting. From the bedroom upstairs we could hear EVERYTHING from the unit above and someone in one of the units was smoking which filled the bedroom as well. I'm being a bit generous with 3 stars purely based on location. This is the first VRBO I've ever rated less than 4 or 5 stars and I would never stay here again.

Great location

The location of the property could not be better - it's truly a ski-in/ski-out, with a five minute walk to everything. The unit itself is small but cozy and has everything you need. We had three adults and our pup staying here and anything more would have probably felt pretty tight. Great little fireplace, and TWO full-sized bathrooms which is definitely a bonus for a place that's not that large. Love that it's dog friendly, our pup could walk right outside to use the restroom and run around. The upstairs space had a bit of a pungent smell (perhaps from a previous pet that stayed here), so that was the only downside. I would stay here again!

Fantastic Location. Great Hot Tub. True Ski in Ski out.

It was a 30 yard walk to the beginner lift where you can ski over to Super B. We literally skied right to our door at the end of the day. The hot tub was very nice. Secluded and quiet. We love Copper and had a great vacation. Unfortunately the unit is very small. There is no storage space for your luggage. The living room sits only 3 people. There is no dining area. The bathrooms are not designed for anyone over 5 feet tall. We were only 3 adults and 1 child, and it was VERY tight. For what we paid, we will look for something a bit more sizable next year.
