This house was perfect for our family of 26! Plenty of room for everyone and everyone of all ages enjoyed our time here! The host was attentive and answered any questions we had. Super easy access to mountain. The entrance to the ski lift is just outside the back door and it’s just a few minutes drive to get ski rentals and ski school drop off. We were even able to ski our ski school kids down to drop off later in the week. We had no issues and hope to return again!

Beautiful home, great location

The property is spacious with floor to ceiling views of the mountains. River Ridge was very responsive to a couple of issues and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We were a family of 19, ages 5 mos and up. There are 4 steps in, both on the sidewalk and in the garage, but once inside it’s accessible. Great place and nice people.

Great house and location!

This house is incredible. Easy communication with the host. The location on the mountain with ski in/ski out capability is the highlight. There was more beds than we even realized and it was a perfect place for our group! Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for us. The large kitchen/gathering area is great for a large group to gather. Also the living area space downstairs provides additional space for kids to congregate separately from the adults. Only suggestions would be paring knives and more kitchen towels

Overall Great for Large Family Gathering!

The property was impeccably clean, wonderful in that there was a bathroom attached to every bedroom and the bedrooms were separate enough for each family to feel like they had space. The kitchen was absolutely a joy to cook in and the kids used the hot tub everyday. My two VERY small complaints is that we had our one year old with us and no pack and play was available. The management company offered us a rental service but it was cheaper to buy a brand new pack and play from Amazon. We left it there and hope another family can use it in the future. The only Other teeny tiny complaint which is totally on us was Copper Mountain. It was VERY quiet for summer and we really had to go to Vail, Breckenridge or Dillon for any activities. Not the end of the world as all were quite close. I HIGHLY recommend the property!

This was an amazing location, house needs some attention.

There were some issues with the house a couple of showers only produced scolding hot water and there were lots of fixtures that were loose and were not working. Plus there was glass shattered by the entrance to the hot tub and somebody cut their foot. Property management got right on it and fixed all the problems, but for the cost Id like that stuff taken care of prior to our arrival. You cannot beat this location, and overall in spite of the nuances, it was an amazing place to stay.

Great house for large group!

House was in a GREAT location. Furnishings, bedding and and kitchen utensils were pretty tired. There were maybe 4 kitchen towels and no pot holders. I am not sure if the heat in master bathroom ever worked- it was cold in there! We had to have to call the management company for multiple issues. They were very responsive and came quickly to fix the issues. The number of beds and gathering spaces were great for our group. Would rent again but would know to bring more kitchen supplies from home.
