"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."

"Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a lovely setting. Warm welcome from our hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Moat house pub serving good food within a few minutes walk was a definite bonus. Nice location for visiting Stratford upon Avon and lots of attractions around the area. Would definitely stay again."

"Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Moderne helle Küche. Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Grill. Wohnzimmer mit 3 Sofas unten. Wir konnten sogar unsere 5 Freunde empfangen. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer oben und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Hunde wurde auch Futter bereitgestellt. Wir wurden mit frischer Milch und Müsli empfangen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Haustür vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hätte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr gerne buchen wir das Cottage wieder."

"This was such a great find. It was spotless and had all the needed amenities. The best part was the location - perfect for walking the town. The arrival directions were clear and easy. We enjoyed having the parking. The unit was safe and quiet. Best part was the ac as it was very warm during our visit. Loved it! Would return here."

"The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised.
The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout.
Great powerful shower too.
The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly.
It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating.
Would definitely recommend this...
