"Nice room in great location right next to Tribune metro"

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

"Good"

"Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in good location. And wonderful to have access to coffee and juice and fruit and cookies at all hours and enjoy on the small balcony."

"Very good location"

"Rooms were clean the staff helpful breakfast not good"

"Great hotel, central location, lovely hotel room and hotel!"

"Very good location, great staff only downside of this location is that you can hear people talking in the street all night and you can't sleep"

"Great location, central to everything. You can really explore all the shops and fun at the Gran Vía. Check out the RIU rooftop we loved it. The host was super responsive and helpful. We would stay again."
