"We loved our stay here."

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

"The room was clean and quiet given the location of the building. Not having staff available between Midnight and 8 AM posed a huge problem for us as we had an emergency and was not able to get a hold of anyone via phone nor text. The other inner room (no window) was quiet. The location is central but very busy. I prefer their other location."

"Si pedías toallas adicional son cobradas extra. Tuve que comprar hasta papel de baño. La limpieza si quieres en tu estadía sería facturada. No me quedaría en este lugar nuevamente."
