"Very friendly"

"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"非常に良いホテルでした、ありがとう御座います。"

"We had such a lovely stay. Great service and a stunning property. Decent location in sanur but we really enjoyed hanging out at the hotel and my kids loved the pool."

"At no stage of booking the hotel were we aware that there were no lifts. On arrival we were placed on the top floor. As my wife struggles with stairs because of arthritus this was a non starter for us and we were going to leave. They found us a middle floor room which still involved 2 flights of stairs and told us if a ground floor room became available we could have it. Gurss what it never did. We made the best of it in the end but would not have booked had we known. The staff were super...

"Great location very close to the boardwalk and a couple of minutes to Sanur’s Main Street. Rooms aren’t large but have everything you need. They do have 2 larger rooms/suites if you needed extra space. All are just steps away from the pool. The property is quite modern as it was fully renovated in Nov 2025. Cafe offers a decent breakfast. Would recommend"

"Amazing property and staff were fantastic Would definitely book again"

"Beautiful hotel, sad we were only there for one night! It is across the highway from a lot of restaurants, but with some patience the highway is crossable or you can take a quick grab. The property is stunnig, rooms are really nice, and bathrooms are beautiful and clean too!"

"This is an exquisite property. Beautifully maintained and exceptional service. Really loved the welcome upon arriving and found the staff to be most helpful, kind, and really attentive to my needs. I would recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed."

"Best resort we've ever stayed at. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. On-site dining offers great variety; we tried traditional Balinese food at Wok Wok, and the servers were happy to guide us through the menu. The quiet pool is peaceful, and the grounds are immaculate, with lush, varied foliage and a team you can see working constantly to keep everything in top shape. The all-you-can-eat à la carte breakfast is a highlight: lots of options, fresh food and...

"Welcoming cheerful staff ! Clean room ! Amazing rooftop pool and showers ! Delicious food"

"100% worth the money!!!!!"

"Not great. Sidewalks were torn up with construction, elevator kept breaking, small pool located next to dining area is a little awkward and loud (if you want a lounge chair you should put your towel out early), just ok buffet."

"This property had it all. Great views, close to shopping and restaurants. Literally on the beach, beautiful rooms, kind staff. It felt like an oasis. I loved staying here"

"인테리어와 수영장이 예쁘고 가성비가 좋아요 다만 에어컨 없는 곳이 덥고 모기가 너무 많아요 발리니까 어쩔 수 없는 거겠죠 직원분들이 친절하시고 인상 깊은 숙소입니다"
