"The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making my one-night stay truly memorable—I would have loved to extend it longer! My room was perfect: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Maybe the only downside, especially for light sleepers: there can be occasional street noise from the nearby road during busier times. "

"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing resort! Not sure where to start….literally everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, the resort was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the food was good and prices were very reasonable. We ate at the restaurant daily - beyond the free breakfast - and had champagne and beer delivered to our villa (enjoying it by our private pool) and it didn’t break the budget. We’ve gone to a lot of wonderful places but this is one we’ll go to again, and again, and again."

"サヌールビーチまでは結構遠くレンタル自転車一度お借りしましたがバイパス道路を渡るのがかなり危険です。信号がほぼないし歩道はガタガタで車道と高低差がかなりあります。17時までは無料でホテルの車で送迎してくれるのでサヌール街中行くのは車で行くことをオススメします。 場所はさておきですがホテルのグレード、雰囲気は凄い良いです。前日はウブドのカユマニスでしたが無料でお迎えに来てもらえました。 ホテルのゴーンレストランは何を食べても美味しかったです。 外のレストランも何度も行きましたがホテル内が1番美味しかったです！"

"空港での出迎えの際に冷たい水とタオルを出してくれて感激したのをはじめとして、終始スタッフの方の丁寧な対応が素晴らしかったです。古い建物と調度品がバリの伝統的な雰囲気を醸し出して思っていた以上に良い滞在となりました。近所のスーパーや食堂も紹介してくれて、観光地だけでなく地元感の味わえる立地です。"
