"We absolutely loved our stay at the Akaya Bali. I usually only give 9/10 in reviews as I feel no one is perfect, however in this case I don't believe the Akaya could improve on anything. "Hi, This hotel is in the City Centre near the beach but it is a little oasis. One of the best hotels services I have ever had. We had two Deluxe rooms with a balcony and we were a family of four. Pande our Head Waiter and Sipal (Chef) were both outstanding. Breakfast, dinner and snacks were all brilliant. We also briefly tried the spa and the massage we had was very good. "It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight.
