"Room is spacious, could easily roll out an inflatable mattress to accommodate another guest.
Room has shared wall with common bathroom, some noise from there when being used.
Upstairs tenant (host?) was loud at times, doors slamming, thumping footsteps.
Pathway leading from front of property to entrance in the back is a disaster. If you have mobility issues, take extra care"

"Beware of this host. We booked with this property, never received check in information, efforts to call the host were answered with an automated system, then when passed to the next level, they never picked up the phone. Without check in information we had to book a different property. So we paid a night and didn’t stay. Weren’t even given so much as an address. Expedia got invoked and requested a refund and the host refused. I am a decades long user of Expedia and never been treated like this...

"Najam was a great host. Respond to any questions very fast and gave us very detailed directions about our stay. You will get speciaous basement with kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and a bedroom. Very clean. Walmart, grocery stores, gas, Costco, Hmart were 10-15min away. Airport as well. I will choose here again over hotels if we come back around here."
