"The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia ..."

"The rental was great inside however the outside needs attention. The landscape is a mess and the house needs pressure washing. There were hundreds of spiders in the windows on the sunroom. We had a nice time."

"Lovely detached home in lake community. Hosta were amazing. I locked myself out accidentally and they answered the phone immediately and had a neighbor meet me with a key to get back in. Everything in the inside is new, up to date, clean and appealing."
