Modern spacious barn conversion with stylish finish. Five bedrooms in total, three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are two en-suite bathrooms with a shower over the bath, plus a shared bathroom with a shower cabin serving two of the bedrooms. In addition, there is a separate WC with a sink that is accessible to all guests. Fully equipped kitchen with double oven and microwave finished with granite worktops and a large living room with Sky TV and a separate utilities room with washer/dryer. Folding patio doors lead on to a 70ft wooden deck with outdoor furniture and outdoor hot tub. The Stables Retreat has underfloor heating and is ideal for family or group bookings. No pets.. The park are unable to accommodate any commercial vehicles parked at the lodges. If this applies please leave them at the reception.

Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength. Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival.

Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of £250, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival. A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment. The deposit will be refunded back onto your card shortly after bank details have been provided for the transfer.

Arrival Information: Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.Facilities: Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.Fast Broadband Internet has now been implemented on site.NO gas BBQ,s are permitted on the park but guests can bring their own disposable BBQ's-These have to be raised from the ground.Ladera Retreat Lodges reception staff will contact you prior to arrival with all the necessary check in details.

Nice property for a family gathering

The house was clean and contained everything needed for a lovely stay. It's set in a beautiful area looking over fields of sheep and horses. The hot tub works well. However, although the property is advertised as having 5 bathrooms, it should be noted that only 4 of the bedrooms are ensuite (and two of them share a Jack and Jill bathroom). There is one other bathroom but that is actually a toilet. There is also only one shower at the property, with the other two bathrooms having baths.
