"General condition of the lodge is quite run down. Cigarette smell was present from the moment you walk in the front door and throughout hallways. Pillows were in terrible condition. Hardly any support left in them."

"Overall it was okay for the price. The lady working the front desk was really nice and speedy with our check in process. The room was spacious which was great, but it could have been cleaner. The carpet looked dirty, sheets had stains, bes was super itchy, and the temp was uncomfortable even after adjusting the temp on AC. On another note... the restroom light switch was on the outside of the restroom which was weird. "

"Lo mejor. Estacionamiento gratuito. Desayuno de cortesía. Shuttle de Cortesía al Downtown/River Walk (Tanto de ida como de regreso) Las camas y almohadas son cómodas. Fácil acceso a la I35. Cercanía al Downtown 25 minutos caminando aprox. Lo malo. El espacio para desayuno es muy pequeño y se saturaba al momento del desayuno, tuvimos que llevar nuestros alimentos a la habitación. Solo hay un elevador para acceder a los pisos superiores. "

"Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

"Near most of everything downtown related to San Antonio, took walks around the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. No complaints from host. House was neat and had everything we needed!"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was no hot water during my visit, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The entire place smelled strongly like fresh paint, which was overwhelming and unpleasant. The floors were visibly dirty and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made this stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel."
