While the staff at the security, front desk, spa and the cafe was very friendly and helpful, the overall experience was very mediocre. There was not much to do, only two pools on site. La Heliconia
Pool area great, wifi great. But only hot water in the shower. No housekeeping (asked for clean shower towels after 6 days of 8 day stay.) Not great amenities in kitchen. No wash cloths, dish cloths.
