"The host communication was excellent. She is always there when we reached out with questions. The unit is very comfortable!
Just to help future travellers understand the structure of this rental, there are 3 parties/entities to deal with because:
First party - private unit owners renting out to guests (we love the idea and set up). Our hosts is excellent in communication and very helpful. She really tries.
Second party - you have the front desk who does common security management for...

"Amazing property!!! In town within walking distance, it a short drive, to all the beautiful shops downtown but with a very private vibe of being nestled in the woods.....hosts were incredible, very communicative and helpful. Space was large and clean and firepit was a bonus.....highly recommend and we plan on returning!!!"

"Muito boa a estadia. Imóvel novo e completo com todos os eletrodomésticos. Quarto limpo. Localização próxima ao centro da cidade. Achei o check in um pouco complicado antes de chegar ao imóvel, porém estando lá, fui bem atendido pelo concierge."

"I feel awful because I never write bad reviews and I know the host was suffering from a recent car crash so I feel bad. Our check in was delayed 2.5 hours, we did not have enough towels for everyone, and could not find a wifi password. There is totally a chance that this is a one off but just being honest."
