Enjoy a California sunset on the deck and watch its amber against Mount Tamalpais, or relax in the private front yard or barbecue in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Fully furnished spacious home. Ideal for a large family of up to six. Here are a few of its features and location:
A 3 BR 2 BA (2200 sq. ft./204 m sq.) home. Two rooms have queen bed and the third has California King bed. Close to BART (train to SF and Bay Area) (1 mi), Berkeley (8 mi), San Francisco (18 mi), and Napa (30 mi). Spacious, clean and family friendly. Close to great restaurants and family-friendly activities including free access to multiple tennis courts. My place is great for couples, and families (with kids). Close to Wild Cat Canyon Park (1mi) and Tilden Park (1 1/2 mi). Natural Grocery Store and Food Annex is just 3 miles away. A food super store (Safeway) is within a mile. This home has all the basic amenities you will need for cooking and wifi internet access. Plenty of hotel-standard linens and towels.

This is a beautiful, comfortable home with stunning sunset views. The large open layout provides multiple spaces for different people to hang out and the open areas are set off from the three bedrooms in a way that offers privacy. We have enjoyed this place so much we have stayed here twice. This time, my parents (who are in their 80s) joined us, and it worked out very well for them, too.

Fassil is an excellent host, he made my return to home visit so easygoing. I was able to enjoy the time with my siblings, so awesome. My best friend and I enjoyed the views every morning and evening. Amazing views from the hilltop gem!

Our family of five (adult kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The listing was accurate with an open floor plan, clean home, and spaces to gather, inside and out. Very Happy With This VRBO

We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, convenient and clean. Close to BART, the Berkeley campus and multiple hiking trails in a wonderful park. The hosts provided a lot of useful information and were very responsive.

Perfect for us!

It was everything we needed and more. The courtyard and deck gave us options to enjoy the sunshine and incredible views and the spacious and comfy configuration allowed us to both catch up and find time and space for occasional calls that required time away from the group. The hosts were quick to answer questions and provide details we missed.

What a view in a family ready house

The view is spectacular and the home has plenty of room for family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed and worked perfectly for our thanksgiving dinner for our family of 8. The dining room sat our entire family perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet at night. The host was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. The only drawbacks are the water pressure and the lack of much hot water in the showers. The showering was a challenge to say the least. If this issue is addressed we would return again and again.

Fantastic Condo/Home

The Condo was Beautiful with 2 gorgeous super comfortable living rooms, 3 bedrooms with windows that could open, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful spacious kitchen and 2 eating areas. We loved the super comfortable sofas and the large screen T.V. The Deck overlooked the Bay, Mt. Tam and San Francisco and the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge It was Stunning! There was a lovely patio with a grill in the front and the living room doors opened to it. We felt like we were in someone's beautiful home. El Cerrito was a beautiful and safe area with lovely homes everywhere.There were security cameras on the condo and house lights popped on as we entered the driveway. Fassil was a wonderful host who answered our questions immediately. We can't wait to return the next time we visit our daughter who is Veterinarian in Berkeley. This is truly a Home away from Home! Thank You! Thank You! for a Marvelous Stay!!

Family time

The views were great and we enjoyed this lovely home which accommodated all our needs. We were there for a family reunion and this home was located in between two family member's homes making it a great location betweem Albany and El Sobrante. We would definitely seek out this home again when visiting the bay area.

Graduation Week

We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.
