Un emplacement à 2 minutes à pied de la plage.10 minutes de marche pour aller au centre, c'était parfait.Endroit extrêmement calme, rien à redire, on se sentait un en sécurité. 2 Chiliennes ou transats auraient été la bienvenue sur la terrasse.Petit point négatif déçu sur la qualité du linge de toilette et de lit.

Oase der Ruhe

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, und Veronique und Patrick haben alles dafür getan, das wir uns wohlfühlen. Auch terminlich waren sie sowohl bei der An- wie auch bei der Abreise sehr flexibel. Der Balkon wurde zum Frühstück schon besonnt. Wir konnten durchgehend mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Es war sehr ruhig. Gesamtfazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Parfait 💕

Très très bon accueil de Véronique et de son mari, toujours présents quand il faut. Leur appartement est au top, très bel appartement, bien agencé, très fonctionnel avec un joli extérieur. L'appartement est très calme et idéalement situé, au bout de la rue l'océan, pas loin du centre ville. Très bon séjour sur Concarneau!! @ refaire un peu plus longtemps.

Tolle Woche

Eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung und Übergabe von leckerem Cidre war der Auftakt zu einer tollen Woche. Die Wohnung ist so angenehm, so top ausgestattet und man kommt schnell zum Strand und in die Stadt. Also wir können unsere Begeisterung hier gerne weiter geben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung lässt grundsätzlich keine Wünsche offen. Eine zweite Bettdecke hätte ich mir gewünscht, und einen bequemen Sessel für den Balkon um etwas ruhen zu können. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und wertig eingerichtet. Vor allem der Küchenbereich hat mich begeistert, da ich auch sehr gerne die heimische Küche der Bretagne selbst ausprobieren wollte. Der Strand, welcher fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar ist, lädt nicht zum längerfristigem Aufenthalt ein, da dort direkt die Uferstrasse verläuft. Mit dem Fahhrad in 10 Minuten oder auch dem Auto ist der Plage Les Sables Blancs sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt fußläufig viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und eine Mahlzeit einzunehmen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, und auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen und den guten Cidre zum Einstand. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Veronique und Patrick. Herzlichen Gruß aus Düsseldorf:-)

Sehr saubere, ruhige, schöne Wohnung, topp ausgestattet. Tolle Lage, um mal kurz zum Strand oder in die Stadt zu gehen. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Ein rundum klasse Urlaub.

Eine ruhige Zeit am Meer

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der tollen Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Parkplatz auf dem Hof war ideal und sicher, allgemein war es eine sehr moderne und sichere Wohnanlage. Sehr praktisch fanden wir den überdachten Balkon, da man auch bei einem Regenschauer draußen sitzen bleiben konnte. Das Meer befand sich 5 min zu Fuß die Straße runter und auch die Altstadt war in 15 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Es waren sehr nette Vermieter, die Verständigung lief in Englisch und sie haben uns auch ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir empfehlen die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiter! :)

Optimal! Perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Urlauberherz benötigt. Für uns war der wichtigste Aufenthaltsort der Balkon! In der vorbeiführenden Straße ist kaum Verkehr und die weiteren Bewohner des Hauses sind so leise, dass wir manchmal dachten, wir seien die einzigen. Äußerst praktisch ist der Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Wenn man auf die Straße geht, sieht man direkt das Meer, welches man nach 2 Minuten erreicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation bezgl. der Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit großer Freude dort verweilen wollen. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und danken Veronique und ihrem Ehemann und freuen uns sie und die Wohnung kennengelernt zu haben.

Hébergement de qualité bien situé

Séjour d'une petite semaine fin mai 2022. Appartement bien situé, en ville dans une rue peu passante, à deux minutes à pied de la petite plage du Mine. Au 1er étage dans un petit immeuble récent avec ascenseur, très bien tenu, sécurisé, incluant le stationnement privé extérieur. Logement confortable, lumineux, balcon, avec tout le nécessaire et plus pour la cuisine. Salle de bain de bonne dimension avec miroirs comme d'ailleurs dans toutes les autres pièces. Tout fonctionnel. Excellent accueil de Virginie Philippe et de son mari, généreux en explications et conseils. Merci pour leur patience à avoir de nos nouvelles avant notre arrivée, ayant eu un problème de téléphone portable à notre arrivée en France. Michel et Claire, Québec

Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und super nett. Es gab als Begrüßung Cidre und Kekse. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Die Vermieterin sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect Place for a Couple!

We loved the apartment. It is clean and has everything you need. Shower was excellent. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location is a 10 minute walk to town (or 15 minutes if you want to walk along the picturesque beach). Veronique was very accomodating with easy check-in and great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. This was a great base to explore, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan and Port De Doelan. Great off-street parking. I highly recommend Ilôt Bateau!
