Its location allows you to fully enjoy the advantages of the town centre. With a private garage making parking easy throughout the year, you can also enjoy the coastal promenade and beaches within walking distance, for a true holiday experience from the moment you arrive.



This three-storey house consists of a ground floor with a very well-equipped kitchen (including a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine), opening onto the dining area, with a breakfast bar separating the two spaces. The garage, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located, is accessible from the kitchen.



On the first floor, you will find a living area with a large television and a comfortable sofa overlooking the relaxation area on the ground floor. A toilet is also available on this level for your comfort.



On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm wide bed, a large dressing room, and beautiful wooden flooring. An additional relaxation area adjoining the bedroom provides a peaceful space where you can rest or work in complete tranquillity. The bathroom is also located on this floor, with a walk-in shower and a second toilet.



Finally, on the top floor, you will find a very spacious bedroom with another 180 cm wide bed and an additional single bed.
