The property is wonderful, perfect for a couple to spread out, big enough for 4 people. The hosts are the best we have ever had. Nunzia and Sabatini made sure that we, as foreign travelers, had everything we needed, including arranging rides to and from the train station, helping us with the local buses, and Sabatini, the owner, brought groceries to us upon check-in because it was a Sunday and the local store was closed. They really care about travelers, and made everything about our trip perfect. I highly recommend.

Sabitino and Nunzia were great hosts. The view from property was outstanding, plenty of room in the house. Restaurants, cafe, wine shop and grocery store were all within a 5 minute walk. The proprty was close to a couple of bus stops that gave you access to the entire Amalfi coast. Would definitely go back again

This Villa is magnificent! It's situated in a small quiet town. The views from all of the rooms faced the sea overlooking the Amalfi coast. Every room had access to the large patio that offered a spectacular overlook to the coastline and the city of Salerno. Our host Sabatino and his daughter Nunzia were extremely helpful arranging transportation, suggesting tours, and directing us to the fine restaurants and market in Concam dei Marini where the villa is located. It was a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where you can take a 10 minute bus ride to Amalfi. The home was very clean and spacious. The small-town feeling captured the lifestyle of the local people. Everyone that we met were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this accomodation, and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing view from the terrace. We loved our breakfast time and evenings relaxing an enjoying the view. Comfortable villa with great A/C. Lots of beautiful tile work. The hosts were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. A very short walk up the stairs to the small square with a couple stores and a great restaurant. Dine in or outside with a view of the sea. Getting around takes a bit to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, you’re fine. It’s quiet and you might say, remote, but that’s what we wanted. We didn’t want to be in a busy area like Amalfi or Positano. This villa and Conca dei Marini were perfect for us. Thank you Sabatini and Nunzia! I hope I spelled your names correctly.

This property has a beautiful view in a very small town away from the very busy town of Almalfi. The hosts were accommodating. There are. 2 restaurants, a convenience store, and a market are all in walking distance. As well as a liquor store/travel service run by the hosts of the VRBO. Some basics we had to ask for were paper towels, mosquito spray, toilet paper, and ant spray. Everything we asked for was provided for as soon as we asked. There is a garden right above the home which causes small ants to come in. If you bring a car parking is available for 20 euros a day.

Beautiful quiet retreat

Thank you Sabatino for being such a great host and pointing us every time in the right direction. Conca di Marini is a nice quiet town and a beautiful peaceful retreat from the daytime business while visiting the many surrounding Amalfi coast larger towns. Parking was easily arranged with great little restaurants at a walking distance. Absolutely loved it!

We rented this beatiful Villa for 15 days, it was an incredible time with the most spectacular view, unforgattable places to explore, and unbelievably delicious food. Everyrhing was just top-notchhere. The people who manage the place were warm, kind and attentive to everything.It was wonderful I 100% recommended it!!!

Best Property Manager ever

The villa is as described with beautiful view of the ocean & surroundings. Sabatino, manager of the villa, was extremely responsive to every request of ours, no matter how big or small. His response was almost instantaneous. He also gave us the bus time table to Amalfi the day we checked in and we took the bus for the 1st few days since there's hardly any parking in both Amalfi & Positano. We then drove to the other towns along the coast where parking was possible. All in all we had a most enjoyable time staying at the villa. The mini-market nearby was quite efficiently stocked & we made several meals in the villa. We highly recommend staying there for a trip to the Amalfi coast.

Spectacular vista

Our 5 day stay was a highlight of our 25 day travel to Spain and Italy. Peaceful and relaxing time on the large patio with incredible views. We (2 adults) were in the area before the season began, so many restaurants were still closed, but the restaurant/pizzeria at the Puazza de Nino was great and convenient, along with other basic stores. Our host Sabatino was the perfect host. Highest ratings all around— hopefully we can return.

Amalfi coast destination

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the villa. Sabatino is a very gracious and helpful host. His shop is only steps away on the street above the villa. We talked to him every day of our stay. The villa would be roomy and comfortable for four adults. We appreciated having two bathrooms, a comfortable bed, and a terrace with a beautiful Mediterranean view. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Great time at the Amalfi Coast

The home in Via Roma is in a great (!) location, spacious and well equipped. Good internet and two full bathrooms are a plus. Working with the hosts was easy and quick, they are very helpful and friendly. There is a grocery, a wine shop and a very good restaurant, all within 2 minutes walk. Sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean is fantastic vacation! Glad we came…..

Beautiful Home away from home in the Amalfi Coast

Sabatino the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful with wonderful recommendations for places to visit. His wonderful shop just steps from the home has great wine and beautiful photos he has taken and published over the year are must-see. There is also a delicious restaurant, grocery store on the same block. The home and the views were gorgeous. There are orange, lemon and tangerine trees adjacent to the house. The central location of the home also made it easy to visit beautiful towns like Amalfi, Ravello, Priano, Positano and Sorrento, for example. We look forward to returning in the very near future.

Love villa, awesome view, friendly community

We were two couples staying in the 2-bedroom villa, enjoying the awesome view and accommodations. We cooked breakfast in the mornings, and ate at the local restaurants within walking distance. The community of Conca Dei Marini was so welcoming, the restaurants convenient, excellent food and wine, market nearby had everything we needed. The bus was nearby which we took to the Amalfi Port for a ferry to Capri. Our host was available and helpful with any questions. We truly enjoyed the experience on the Amalfi coast in this relaxing villa, on the terrace, with local wines and food.

The property is beautiful in a quiet village away from tourism. A lovely restaurant near by and a grocery with everything we needed. Wine store too. But just a 15 minute bus ride to Amalfi and all tours. Perfect vacation spot. Several stone steps to the apartment. But worth it

Amazing Place!!!

We could not ask for a better location, home and overall friendly owners. This place is amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful as well as the gardens. The view is spectacular and waking up to the ocean was just incredible. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Amazing Amalfi Coast Experience!

We are so happy we found Beautiful Villa! Sabatino and Nunzia went above and beyond to make our stay in Conca dei Marini perfect. Great food was just steps away and the staff at La Piazza da Nino, Le Bonta del Capo and La bottega del Corso were incredibly friendly. Nunzia was able to arrange private transfers and excursions at prices that were as good or better than other quotes I received. Our driver Simon and boat captain Daniele were awesome! Sabatino's knowledge of the region is unrivaled. Local buses also make for easy connections to Amalfi and surrounding areas. And for those who like to exercise, there are (many) steps to get to and from the beach. I can't imagine staying anywhere else! Thanks Sab and Nunzia!

Breath Taking Village and View of the Sea from Villa

Conca Dei Marini is simply "Heaven on Earth." This property is a traditional older villa with sweeping Sea views situated down the stairs from the village, filled with wonderful and warm people who run two restaurants, cafe/ceramic shop, small markets and wine shop. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Positano and Amalfi Center-- the beautiful coastline. To get to the water is approximately 1900 steps one way which kept us in shape daily transversing up and down many, many steps but beautiful views. (There is a shuttle as well). It is worth the decent/assent to swim in the magnificent blue/turquoise sea. The villa is comfortable and spacious-- older Italian villa, with fresh lemon and lime trees to pick in back of the house! The only challenge is that the 2nd bedroom does not have air condition and it was very hot so our adult girls slept int he pull out couch. We would most definitely vacation here again!

Villa Gilda

Beautiful little Villa with absolutely stunning views. Sabatino is the nicest host, couldn’t do enough for us and has very helpful tips. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants on the street above the villa, go for a cocktail or coffee in the ceramic shop down the road and pick up some beautiful souvenirs. Amalfi and Positano are in easy reach by car. The villa could benefit from a couple of sun loungers but other than that everything was perfect.
