The two double bedrooms are the highlight of the home, where you’ll find king-size beds with top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses and two pillows to ensure maximum comfort and a restful night’s sleep.

In one of the two bedrooms, you’ll also find a desk that you can use for remote work, allowing you to work in complete peace and quiet with free, ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

A crib can also be added free of charge upon request.

✧ TERRACE
The terrace is the home’s second highlight, offering a view of downtown Como where you can enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening, soaking up the atmosphere that only Lake Como can offer.

✧ LIVING ROOM

The living room is bright and spacious; here you’ll find a very comfortable sofa bed and, across from it, a 50-inch Smart TV with all your favorite entertainment channels, such as Netflix and Prime Video.

In this space, you’ll also find a very large dining table ready to accommodate all guests for fun-filled lunches and dinners.

✧ The BATHROOM is modern and fully equipped; in fact, you’ll find:

• Welcome kit including shampoo and body wash

Finding the house is very easy, as it’s located in the historic center within a restricted traffic zone (Restricted Traffic Zone) where you cannot drive, but less than a 2-minute walk away there is a paid parking lot open 24 hours a day.

A little further from the city center (a 10-minute walk), there are also many free and paid parking lots

Thanks to self-check-in, you can arrive and enter the apartment at a time that’s most convenient for you after 3:00 PM!
You’ll be asked to provide identification so we can share it with local authorities.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for a section of a closet reserved for the cleaning staff.

Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted upon request, and luggage storage is available.
