A Casa Nuccia Studio

Casa Nuccia Studio is comfortable and welcoming, suitable for every type of traveller. It is located in Como on the first floor and consists of 1 Studio. The apartment enjoys a strategic position with garden view. It is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, crockery and the main appliances: microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The accommodation is a studio/studio consisting of:

- an open-plan bedroom with a sofa bed, suitable for up to 2 people;

- a complete bathroom, equipped with bath/shower, wc and bidet.

The living area includes kitchen and lounge, integrated into a single open space.

Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.

The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.

incredible location and peaceful accomidations

lots of stairs. if you're not able to physically move your bags up many flights of stairs, do not book this location. On the other hand it is an oasis in the middle of Como, peaceful and in a fantastic location. Having to physically check in, in person is a pain, but worth it.

Excellent stay!

The location couldn't have been better; our favorite bar/cafe was just outside the apartment and you're right there at the Duomo as well. The apartment is on the 3rd floor I believe so be prepared for about 90 steps if you're lugging heavy baggage; otherwise it was well worth it!

One Night in Como - Fantastic!

Excellent communications with the host, to the extent she showed up and helped me find the room (my fault) and show me around. That was impressive! The location is in the City walls and we walked to many restaurants, the lake, shopping, and the local markets. Being from the USA it was shock (and then fun) to drive down the alleys full of people. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, comfortable and spacious. Only two issues - one major and one minor; Even though availability of a crib for our 16 month old was advertised- it wasn’t available upon request. We improvised and all worked out. No frying pans available-minor issue. I would recommend this property - great value and location.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay to be in the center of Como and within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, train station and the port. The place was spacious for the six of us. The communication between the host was outstanding and their response to questions were quick.

Nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in

This property was by far the nicest we've stayed in since using VRBO. The apartment is centrally located but was quiet and peaceful. We loved opening the windows at night to allow the mountain air to cool the place. There was beautiful artwork on every wall. We had the best stay. Thank you

Great location, easy entrance and departure, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location, unless you cannot do stairs. 68 stairs to climb, but the apartment is really nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Como Getaway

Bringing your family to Como? This place is where you want to stay. Location is perfect to the square, waterfront, and shopping. We had 7 adults staying on property and the layout was perfect. I have to give the communication with the host 5 stars. The host was available and messaging the entire stay. I would suggest a few more bath towels for the apartment. Also, paper towels and additional dish soap to wash dishes and clean up the kitchen. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay! Oklahoma, US

Perfect Como City stay

Large group of 8 adults were very happy with our stay in this apartment. Plenty of space for all and a very easy to access location. Check in was so simple too and our host was so friendly and helpful, even made us a dinner reservation. Would absolutely recommend.

Great Place and Location Como

This was a beautiful, spacious 3rd floor apartment in Como. The location was steps from the Duomo, the lake, shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to both train stations for day trips. The property manager was very responsive.

Como charm

The pictures displayed accurately reflect the apartment. It was large, spacious and very comfortable for three couples. The location couldn't be better... right in the heart of the old city. Shopping and many restaurants are around every corner. It was a little challenging to find the apartment and manoeuvre our vehicle down the tight alleyway. A few directions would be helpful. There are 65 stairs up to the apartment so it is important to know this in advance. It did not detract from our stay but if anyone has difficultly managing stairs, it isn't the place for you. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Stay

Great stay. East entrance with key box and communication with owner/agent seamless and responsive. The location is right in the middle of great shopping, dining, and sightseeing. An easy 3min walk to the lake and 10min walk to the funicular.

Great place to stay. Wonderful host.

Large 3 BR 2 BA apartment steps from the Piazza del Duomo in the heart of Como. A grocery store, multiple restaurants and bars, and the boat landing for Lake Como were all within a 5 minute walk. The property manager Eva, was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever dealt with. She even took time out of her Christmas Day to arrange taxis for us to the rail station when we had difficulty doing it ourselves.. Guests need to be warned that the apartment is on the fourth floor, with no elevator, so luggage-challenged visitors may work up a sweat. We spent Christmas 2022 in the unit, and when compared to the 3 separate hotel rooms our group would have needed, it was great to have a large LR, DR and access to a patio where all 6 of us could be together. Highly recommended.
