"The room was very clean, staff was friendly and off road parking great. But the place could really do with an update, very tired and uninspiring with a good cooked breakfast but being let down by cheap ingredients. Best bit is coffee out of lavazza coffee machine. "

"Good points: the flat is massive and has lots of space as well as ample on road parking. The area is quiet and safe. It's mostly clean and tidy although could do with a clean behind beds etc. The bad points - the main bedroom curtains are paper thin so light comes in early. The noise insulation between upstairs and the flat isn't great. The bath plughole needs replacing as it's impossible to remove without using a knife to slide it out. The TV is on its way out as watching anything remotely dark...

"Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at...

"Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in...

"Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. Morning noticed in the shower that there was black around the shower hose and dials and also ran out of toilet paper in the night (silly dispenser type thing on wall) with no spares. "I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!"
