Above, an 85-inch TV with sound bar ensures your favorite shows and sports are just a glance away, enriching your leisure time with top-tier entertainment. This aquatic sanctuary, framed by the warmth of wood finishes and large windows, blurs the lines between the indoors and outdoors, granting views of the surrounding greenery.


Cave & Grotto:
A few steps down from the pool, is one of the most unique areas of the home, the firepit cave and grotto. The cave is perfect to relax around the fire, enjoy the warm glow of the gas fireplace, and take a break from it all or engage with family and friends.
The grotto offers a cozy space to unwind with snacks or drinks after a swim, and features three tables and chairs with a large stylish sofa.

Amazing Arcade:
Walk the plank hallway over the indoor pool and step into the ultimate game room. Featuring six high quality and free Arcade games, to entertain family and friends into the night. This large space also features darts, table tennis, a large 85 inch tv with large sectional sofa.

Outdoor Bliss:
The true magic of this home is the majestic eight-acre lot that it sits on. Walking up to the front entrance you step over a beautiful koi pond and enjoy a well landscaped front yard with a porch. Step outside the living room onto the expansive rear deck and experience the true magic of Windrush, amazing views of the woods and a large beautiful backyard that overlooks large bluffs and a large stream. The rear deck features a large 10 person dining table perfect for soaking in the views.
After a day of exploration or entertainment, soothe your senses in the outdoor sauna or soak under the stars in the six-person hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the serene landscape of Columbus Indiana, Windrush is located in the back of a quiet neighborhood. Less than an hour from the vibrant city of Indianapolis, our neighborhood is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Columbus Indiana is nationally recognized for Architecture so driving downtown and experiencing the city charm is a must.

Other Things to Note:
While the home boast outdoor stream views there is no access to swim in the stream. The property does have steep drop-offs so small children should be watched when outside. While the house is on 8 acres with good privacy it is still part of a subdivision, so please do not speed down the street or be disruptive to the neighbors.
