The space
• Located between two quiet neighborhoods.
• Access to indoor hot tub, fire pit, and shared basketball pole.
• Washer, dryer, and ironing board so you can do your laundry.
• Off-street parking: four parking spaces in front of the house, additional parking upon request, free EV charger for electric cars.
• Living room contains a 65” 4K smart television.
• Every bedroom has it's own individual smart TV.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Dedicated workspace so you can work from home.
• Guest house is part of a duplex.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their entire side of guest house with the exception of one small storage closet.

Outside of the guest house, you will also have access to some of our exterior amenities, including our fire pit, patio, and a shared basketball hoop. You are also welcome to take a walk or play games in the fields on the back 8 acres of our property.

All exterior amenities of the estate are shared with the main house, so you may encounter us while you are using them.
Other things to note
CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at noon.

PARKING: There are four well marked parking spaces directly in front of the guest house. You are welcome to use any and all of them.
