This house is perfect for groups of friends, families, or co-workers! We are just 5-10 minutes from the Short North and Convention Center! Our house is just 1/2 mile from OSU, Expo Center, and Mapfre Stadium. 10 mins to the airport!

Off-street parking for 6 cars!

The Space:
This is a very large two-story home.

We have 10 true beds within the bedrooms and an additional 7 beds between the pull-out sofa, couch, and air mattresses.

The first floor has 2 large bedrooms, 1 full updated bathroom, updated kitchen w/ stainless appliances, large living room, & dining room.

The second floor has large 4 bedrooms, 1 full updated bathroom, and a second updated kitchen w/ stainless appliances.

The living room has a three couches. Two couches with reclining seats and a pull-out sofa. Plenty of seating for large groups!

The dining room table is very large - 6 chairs w/ additional chairs provided.

There is off-street parking for 6 cars and free street parking in front of the house.
There is a front patio w/ wicker chairs and yard as well.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located near Iuka Ravine off of N. 4th St. There is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals who live in the area. The house is centrally located to all Columbus has to offer. The house is within walking distance (15 mins or so) to Ohio State University. We are just around the corner from the Ohio Expo Center and Mapfre Stadium. We are 5-10 minutes from all of the action in the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and Downtown. We are located close to all major highways and 10 minutes from the airport.

Getting Around:
There are bus stops on 4th St. and it is a very cheap Uber to all of the best Columbus has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
