Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This apartment is a newly renovated unit with stainless steel appliances, in unit laundry, AC and more! The unit is located on the third (top) floor for comfort and to reduce noise. You are walking distance to food, night life, Ohio State University campus, and much more! Off street parking is available upon request and there is street parking around the area.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The apartment was very nicely furnished, exactly as described. The only confusing part was the parking situation. Address listed as being on the street but was down an alley behind the address. But parking in this part of Columbus is always a fiasco. otherwise definitely recommend! it was within walking distance of so much stuff

If you’re looking for a quiet and luxurious stay, this isn’t it. The unit is wedged between loud fraternity and college houses, so expect noise well into the night. The building itself smells strongly of cigarettes, and the apartment itself feels like old college housing. Cheap, somewhat-broken blinds on the windows make it impossible to block out the bright flood lights that shine all night long, and the A/C unit is both loud and dusty. It’s functional enough if you just need a cheap place to crash, but don’t expect much more—you really do get what you pay for here.

Convenient location with no frills

The rental let our needs - near the center of campus and within walking distance of where we would need to go. Once the AC was turned on it was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is very much a frat/college party location, but during summer it was just quiet and calm!We did find it odd that we parked in the lot of an adjacent building, but it was still close and convenient.

Really close to OSU

I went to Columbus for a conference at OSU. The apartment is really close to the campus and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook there. The room is spacious with a good work space and comfy bed. Everything was nice and clean. The communication with Carlie was wonderful and I’d love to stay again in the future.

Very Responsive Host

I had issues accessing the property, but the host answered my call immediately and was able to find me another place to stay at no extra charge. I am so grateful for their flexibility and assistance, and will definitely choose them again if I ever find myself in the area.

The unit itself was not too bad but the building front porch and stair wells were filled with Amazon packages ripped open and broken glass bottles. Parking was hard but this is a college town so that is expected

Great location

Check in was easy. The unit was immaculate. Our host was very responsive even though we couldn’t ever get the lack of WiFi resolved. The unit was very quiet despite a lot of noise going on outside. Would suggest black out curtains because light shines in the whole night. Maybe that won’t bother most people but it was pretty bright in the room even with all lights off. Would stay again.
