I'm a frequent stayer at the Home2Suites on Polaris and have typically had some great stays there. This one, however, had a few hiccups that I feel could've been fixed by the staff. The biggest thing was that, throughout my four days there, my TV didn't work. All of the channels said they were offline. When I called the front desk on Thursday night (my first night there), I was told it had to do with the storm in the area. However, the TV was out well before the storm started or was even near the region. I was told to call an 800 number to get assistance. This number was busy every time I called. The front desk person then said 'there was nothing he could do' and that something just needed to be 'reset'. But when I asked if he could come to my room to see if he could 'reset it' he said he couldn't do that.
Everything else with my stay was great. I've always had great stays there, but was very disappointed that they didn't make much of an effort to try and fix my problem. I'm hoping for future guests, they might do a little more on their end to make sure that the program is fixed.
